Junior Project Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role will primarily focus on process improvement within the company, working closely with various departments and teams to identify areas of improvement and develop and implement effective solutions.

The responsibilities
Tasks to do:
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement;
- Analyze existing processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement;
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity;
- Monitor and track the progress of process improvement initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements;
- Provide guidance and support to teams throughout the process improvement cycle;
- Continuously evaluate and refine process improvement initiatives to ensure they are delivering optimal results.

OUR IMPOSSIBLE MATCH
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or related fields;
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken;
- Eligible for Professional Internship through IEFP (Mandatory);
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop effective solutions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
