Marketing Specialist

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy. The responsibilities

Tasks to do:

Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns
Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
Develop and create marketing materials for sales and ensure brand guidelines and awareness are met
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support

OUR IMPOSSIBLE MATCH

Ideal Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in marketing
Passion for the IT business industry
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools and trends
Excellent analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Good English level (written and spoken).
